Regular / Maintenance Cleaning
Dusting all surfaces
Wiping countertops
Cleaning kitchen sink & exterior of appliances
Bathroom cleaning (sink, toilet, mirror)
Vacuuming & mopping floors
Trash removal
Best for: weekly or bi-weekly maintenance cleaning

BASIC CLEANING
Includes everything in Basic +
Detailed Home Cleaning
Full bathroom cleaning (shower / tub, tiles)
Kitchen surfaces & stovetop
Spot cleaning walls & doors
Baseboards (reachable)
Light switches & door handles
Interior mirrors & glass
Best for: monthly cleaning or before guests
⏱️ Minimum booking: 3.5+ hours
STANDARD CLEANING
Intensive / One-Time Cleaning
Includes everything in Standard +
Inside appliances (oven, fridge, microwave)
Detailed tile & grout cleaning
Heavy bathroom descaling
Detailed baseboards
Door frames & corners
Heavy buildup removal
Best for: seasonal cleaning or neglected spaces
⏱️ Minimum booking: 4.5+ hours
DEEP CLEANING
IMPORTANT PRICING & TIME POLICY
Cleaning time is based on the number of rooms, size of the home, and level of dirt/buildup
Hour estimates listed above are minimum starting points
Additional hours may be required to complete the service properly
Extra time will be added with client approval
Rate: $65 per hour
